Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service. This role is crucial in ensuring that all areas are impeccably clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. Duties Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility. Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices in industrial cleaning and floor care. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Handle inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Stay updated on industry trends in hospitality and housekeeping management to continuously improve service quality. Experience Previous experience in a housekeeping management role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, custodial practices, and floor care maintenance. Proven ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
