The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and a passion for hospitality. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly. Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when required, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Uphold custodial standards by following established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing. Skills Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices. Ability to clean efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and service.
