Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in hotel rooms, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all occupants. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure easy access and safety. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency in service quality. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed or requested by management. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
