Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of residential or commercial spaces. Your efforts will ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for clients and guests alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of hygiene and orderliness. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Maintain kitchen cleanliness by cleaning appliances, countertops, sinks, and ensuring proper sanitation practices. Care for flooring through specialized techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing to preserve their appearance and longevity. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with custodial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is preferred. Familiarity with janitorial practices, including floor care, sanitation procedures, and laundry services. Experience in hotel housekeeping management or similar hospitality roles is advantageous. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment operation is desirable. Background in custodial or janitorial work within healthcare or institutional settings is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality cleaning services consistently across diverse environments.
