Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold high cleanliness standards Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces Care for floors using appropriate methods like sweeping, mopping, or polishing to preserve their appearance and safety Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products efficiently and accurately Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction Adhere to hotel policies regarding sanitation standards, security procedures, and guest privacy at all times Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning equipment and floor care methods is advantageous Experience in hospitality or janitorial services helps in understanding guest expectations and maintaining high standards Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is beneficial Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Embark on a rewarding journey where your efforts directly enhance our guests' experiences!
