In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your energetic approach will ensure every corner of the hotel reflects our commitment to excellence, making each guest's stay memorable and comfortable. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and disinfected. Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and other public spaces to uphold the hotel's high standards. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and polishing surfaces to keep all areas looking fresh and inviting. Restock supplies like towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued safety for guests and staff. Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to maintain a clean environment that exceeds sanitation standards. Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Familiarity with custodial equipment and industrial cleaning tools is a plus. Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
