Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our community, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and an understanding of effective cleaning techniques. Duties Perform general housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, laundry, mopping, and sanitizing various areas. Maintain cleanliness in resident apartments, restrooms, and common areas to meet high standards of hygiene. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or shortages to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hospitality setting. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident requests and inquiries. Experience Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with healthcare cleaning practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is essential. A background in hospitality or geriatric fields will be considered a plus.
