What You'll Do:

Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of resident apartments and common areas. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly utilized and stored according to safety guidelines. Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries, providing exceptional service with a friendly and caring attitude. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing resident clothing and linens. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any maintenance issues or repairs within the community.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and respectful attitude towards residents and coworkers. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and resident needs. Crew leadership experience helpful
