Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Medical Office Housekeeper to uphold the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cleaning, custodial services, and hospitality standards. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment by performing thorough cleaning tasks, managing floor care, and ensuring all areas meet high standards of hygiene and safety. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive patient experience through meticulous attention to detail and professional service. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability of essentials for guests and staff. Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to comply with health regulations and company standards. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely resolution and uphold facility standards. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to optimize operational efficiency. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting overall cleanliness initiatives. Experience Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, including floor care, upholstery cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable for understanding guest service expectations. Familiarity with janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning tools to perform tasks efficiently. Experience managing or supervising housekeeping operations is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in a team setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail coupled with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards across all areas.
