Job Description

We're looking for someone to partner with us as our housekeeper (caretaker) for our 900 square foot vacation rental on Stephensville Rd.
Typical pay:
$300-800 per month (depending on number of bookings.) 11 am turnovers between guests including off-site laundry (home has to be ready by 3 pm in case of other bookings) Ability to swing by day of check in to check on property or if guests need assistance. Communicate as needed with our handyman Ability to help with hot tub reset. Change batteries, light bulbs Time stamped photos/video Supply stocking, organization Arrange pillows/bedding in decorative manner Great communication is important Flexible/reliable/strong work ethic. Our current caretaker is wonderful and willing to train.
