Audubon Retirement Village is seeking Environmental Services Housekeeping Staff ! Essential Job Responsibilities Handle, wash/dry and fold resident laundry and linens & return to promptly to owner. Ensures that resident personal clothing is properly identified and labeled properly. Cleans and disinfects dirty lavatories, beds, chairs, and equipment. Sweeps and mops resident rooms; cleans all rooms as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 6 months of previous experience in environmental services is preferred. Knowledge of and use of cleaning devices and washer/dryer equipment. Other Qualifications Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs. Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment. Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
