Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize resident rooms (beds, furniture, bathrooms, floors) Disinfect high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, handrails, light switches) Empty trash and dispose of waste properly, including medical waste (following protocols) Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors Replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) Clean common areas like dining rooms, hallways, lounges, and offices Follow infection control procedures to prevent spread of illness Handle laundry duties (washing, drying, folding linens and clothing) if required Report maintenance or safety issues (leaks, broken equipment, hazards) Interact respectfully with elderly residents and maintain privacy and dignity Qualifications Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and products Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines Physical stamina (standing, bending, lifting, pushing carts) Attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Compassion and patience when working around elderly or ill residents Share job details to
