Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our hotel properties. Your dedication will ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment every time they stay with us. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other public spaces. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep all surfaces pristine. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed rigorously to promote a safe environment for guests and staff. Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure rooms are fully equipped for guest comfort. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus. Familiarity with residential or commercial cleaning techniques and equipment. Knowledge of floor care methods including carpet cleaning and polishing. Experience in laundry operations and sanitation procedures. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
