Job DescriptionJoin our professional housekeeping team as a Guest Room Attendant responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Ensure security and proper handling of guest belongings and room itemsPerform comprehensive room cleaning duties, including:

Making beds according to hotel standards with fresh linensReplacing used towels with clean onesThoroughly dusting all surfacesVacuuming carpeted areasSanitizing and cleaning bathrooms to meet quality standardsMaintain adequate stock of guest amenities and room suppliesManage and organize cleaning supply cart inventoryDocument and update room status in the property management systemReport maintenance issues through appropriate channelsRespond promptly and professionally to guest requestsExecute additional duties as assigned by management

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience preferredPhysical capability to stand and walk for extended periods during shiftAbility to maneuver cleaning cart and equipment (up to 200 pounds)Capacity to lift and carry up to 30 poundsPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks including kneeling, reaching, stooping, bending, scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dustingWorking knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usageMust maintain all required certifications and licenses
