Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Laundry Attendant/Housekeeping professional, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring the proper handling of linens and laundry, and supporting overall housekeeping operations. Your proactive approach will help uphold our high standards of cleanliness and comfort, contributing to an exceptional guest experience every day. Duties Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and guest clothing efficiently and safely. Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and service spaces through thorough cleaning and floor care. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth housekeeping operations. Follow established safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating machinery to prevent accidents. Assist with janitorial tasks including trash removal, surface cleaning, and sanitation of high-touch areas. Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly. Ensure all cleaning tasks meet quality standards while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance. Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and laundry operations. Ability to operate laundry machines and cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks. Familiarity with hospitality industry practices or janitorial experience is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
