Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged. Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management. Skills Experience in custodial or hotel housekeeping preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent communication skills within a hospitality environment. Experience in industrial cleaning is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
