Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards. Conduct specialized floor care procedures such as polishing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain flooring integrity and appearance. Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Ensure all areas are properly sanitized following health and safety guidelines to promote a healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing. Follow detailed cleaning checklists for residential or commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas. Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods such as carpet cleaning and waxing. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy objects safely, and operating cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members. Basic familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous but not required.
