Residential Cleaning Technician

Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of apartment units for move-ins, move-outs, and turnovers. Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, windows, and fixtures. Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, entryways, and shared facilities. Remove trash, debris, and abandoned items from units and property grounds. Identify and report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues observed during cleaning. Assist in ensuring apartments meet company quality standards and are prepared for occupancy on schedule. Qualifications Prior residential, multifamily, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience required. Specific knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and reliability Reliable transportation required

Pay:

$15.50 - $17.00 per hour
