Room Attendant Seasonal | Boutique Hotel | Cape Cod, MA $18-20/hour + cash & digital tips Season runs through October 31, 2026 Our intimate 21-room boutique hotel, located steps from the beach and downtown Cape Cod attractions, is looking for dependable, guest-focused Room Attendants to join our team for the season. We are continuing to build a strong local team that returns year after year and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful hospitality and attention to detail. Position Overview Room Attendants play a key role in the guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and creating a warm atmosphere for guests visiting Cape Cod. Responsibilities Clean and reset guest rooms to boutique hotel standards Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public spaces throughout the property Complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Engage warmly and professionally with guests throughout the day Assist with special projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed Help maintain inventory and organization of housekeeping supplies Support team operations during busy weekends and peak season periods Assist with light kitchen or breakfast service tasks when needed Report maintenance concerns or guest requests promptly Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods, lifting linens/supplies, and performing physical tasks Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Weekend and holiday availability preferred during peak season What We Offer $18-20/hour based on experience Additional cash & digital guest tips Supportive and collaborative boutique hotel environment Flexible scheduling opportunities (Weekends required) Beautiful work setting near the beach and downtown Cape Cod Opportunity to grow within hospitality operations Team-focused culture built on authenticity, care, and connection Opportunity for returning seasonal employment year over year If you take pride in creating welcoming spaces and enjoy being part of a close-knit hospitality team, we'd love to meet you.
