We are seeking an energetic, team-driven individual who is passionate about member/guest services and looking to build a long-term career in the private club industry. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment by performing thorough cleaning, organizing spaces, and providing exceptional service to members and guests. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create welcoming, hygienic environments that exceed expectations. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain a spotless environment. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency. Conduct detailed sanitation of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to uphold health standards. Manage outdoor work responsibilities like yard maintenance, window cleaning, and debris removal when necessary. Use proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, or cleaning equipment to ensure safety. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages or maintenance needs promptly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their comfort at all times. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning roles with a strong background in janitorial or custodial work. Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing hard surfaces. Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and manual handling. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks efficiently. Outdoor work experience that includes landscaping or yard upkeep is a plus. Previous housekeeping management experience is advantageous for supervisory roles.
