Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support our housekeeping operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with room readiness, and ensuring our property remains pristine and inviting for every guest. Your proactive attitude will help create a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies in guest rooms and public areas Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and service areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety Support with floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces throughout the property Restock linen closets, supply carts, and amenities to facilitate smooth housekeeping operations Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution Ensure all public spaces are tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleanliness goals efficiently Requirements Previous experience in hospitality, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while performing cleaning duties Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward guest service and collaboration Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments enhances your fit for this role Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels at home!
