Full-Time & Part-Time Available Position Overview Sparkle Cleaning Professionals is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Professional Cleaners. This role involves residential and light commerical cleaning, delivering high-quality service while maintaining a positive customer experience. No prior cleaning experience required-we provide paid training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and light commerical cleaning services Maintain cleanliness standards according to company guidelines Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction Safely use cleaning products and equipment Travel to client locations as scheduled Compensation & Benefits Starting pay $16.00-$16.50 per hour Weekly Pay Client tips Paid training Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time available) Monday-Friday schedule (no weekend) Gas reimbursement (if using personal vehicle for work travel) Steady hours with consistent workload Qualifications & Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States Willing to undergo a criminal background check Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, customer service, or general labor Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, steady income, and independence at work-including working parents or anyone looking for a stable and supportive work environment.
