Job Description
Job Summary Sparkle Cleaning Professionals is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Professional Cleaners. This role involves residential and commercial cleaning, delivering high-quality service while maintaining a positive customer experience. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence will help create a safe and inviting atmosphere for everyone. No prior cleaning experience is required—we provide paid training to help you succeed. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization. Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to preserve surfaces. Manage sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment. Travel to client locations as scheduled Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay Paid training Monday-Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) Gas reimbursement (if using personal vehicle for work travel) Steady hours with consistent workload Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and other janitorial tools safely and effectively. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
