Job Description

Housekeeper - Avaloch Inn | Lenox, MA Avaloch Inn is a 32-room inn in the heart of the Berkshires, steps from Tanglewood. We're hiring housekeepers for our 2026 season and looking for reliable, detail-oriented people who take pride in their work. What you'll do Clean and turn over guest rooms to hotel standards between checkouts and arrivals Restock amenities, linens, and supplies Report maintenance issues to the front desk Assist with laundry and common area upkeep as needed What we're looking for Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person Dependable and punctual Able to work weekends (required — our busiest days are Fridays through Sundays) Comfortable working in an active property with ongoing construction on-site this season Details Part-time and full-time positions available
Pay:
$19-$22/hr depending on experience Tips from guests
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
