Housekeeping Houseperson

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assists Housekeepers as required Delivering requested items to guest rooms Reports any damage or missing items to Housekeeping Manager or Maintenance Houseman duties including trash, mopping and vacuuming Assist in other areas of the hotel as needed such as collecting/delivering dirty linen to laundry, assisting with laundry or housekeeping as needed sweeping/mopping common guest areas, keeping stairwells clean, and shampooing carpets and hallways when needed Maintain cleanliness of the hotel parking lot, hotel public areas, restrooms and meeting rooms Assist in other departments/areas of the hotel as needed

Experience:

It requires the ability to lift up to 50 Lbs. Must have good guest service and communication skills Complete written communication in order to keep management informed. Flexible scheduling requiring availability of morning, afternoon, weekends and holidays
