What You Will Do:

Room Preparation :

Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, well-maintained, and prepared to meet the Salt Hotels standard of excellence. Attention to

Detail :

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

Amenity Management :

Restock room amenities and supplies, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

Laundry Service :

Handle the proper processing of guest laundry, ensuring items are cleaned and returned in a timely and professional manner.

Guest Requests :

Promptly respond to guest requests for additional supplies or services, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of customer service.

Safety and Security :

Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.

Feedback Implementation :

Listen to and act on feedback from guests and management to continually improve service and guest satisfaction.

Inventory Management :

Keep accurate records of room supplies and notify management of any inventory needs or maintenance issues.

What You Will Need:

Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality sector preferred. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, able to understand and respond to guest needs promptly. Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, bend, and lift up to a certain weight.
