In this vital role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort throughout guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your energetic approach will ensure every guest experiences a spotless and inviting atmosphere, reflecting our commitment to exceptional hospitality. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, carpets, and furniture to ensure a hygienic and welcoming space Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms by performing sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal Care for floors through proper vacuuming, polishing, and industrial cleaning techniques to preserve their appearance and safety Restock amenities like toiletries, linens, towels, and supplies to meet guest needs efficiently Follow established safety procedures during cleaning processes and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction Adhere to all health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional custodial service Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hotels or hospitality settings is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, polishing, and industrial cleaning equipment operation Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and hospitality industry practices Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving heavy objects Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Commitment to providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude Join us in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring every space is spotless!
