Who You Are:
You are at least 21 years old and can pass a background check. You take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. You have a great attitude and thrive in a team-oriented environment. You are physically capable of standing all day and lifting up to 15 pounds. You have a valid driver\'s license, car, and insurance.

The Cleaning Authority of Norwell provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including home sanitization, apartment cleaning, office cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Our unique Detail-Clean Rotation System ensures thorough and consistent service. We prioritize eco-friendly cleaning practices and are fully bonded and insured. We operate in Norwell, MA, offering a supportive and professional work environment.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Clean and sanitize homes, apartments, and offices to meet company standards. Use environmentally-friendly cleaning products effectively. Follow the Detail-Clean Rotation System for consistent service quality. Communicate with clients to address specific cleaning needs. Work as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Weekly compensation: Earn \$700-\$900 per week!
Pay range:
\$17.00 - \$20.00 per hour, based on experience. No nights or weekends ? work Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Paid holidays, vacation time, and travel expenses. Customer tips, employee referral bonuses, and ongoing raises. Full-time employment with advancement opportunities.
