Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Prepare meals or snacks as needed, utilizing cooking skills to meet dietary preferences or special requests. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident or guest needs and inquiries. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care treatments to preserve the longevity and appearance of flooring surfaces. Manage custodial supplies inventory, restocking materials efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general sanitation procedures. Experience with laundry operations and handling household or hotel linens with attention to detail. Knowledge of cooking basics to prepare light meals or snacks when required. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
