Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment. Perform detailed floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Maintain public areas by cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces with precision. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution. Adhere to all hotel policies, health regulations, and safety standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet extraction and tile maintenance. Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning equipment and supplies. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
