The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and custodial services, with experience in hospitality, janitorial, or industrial cleaning environments. This role is vital to ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including floor care and general sanitation, to uphold our high standards of cleanliness. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust or debris Handle waste disposal responsibly and efficiently Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents Adhere to health and safety regulations related to hospitality and custodial services Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as required Experience Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work preferred Hotel experience or background in hospitality is a plus Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous Experience with floor care including polishing, stripping, and sealing floors is desirable Proven ability to manage housekeeping tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment Familiarity with housekeeper management practices is beneficial but not required This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and welcoming environment while developing your skills in the hospitality or custodial industry.
