Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disposing of waste and disinfecting high-touch areas regularly Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest or resident requests for additional cleaning or amenities Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning materials as needed to maintain operational readiness Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for yourself and others Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; certification in carpet cleaning or floor care is a plus Prior housekeeping management experience is advantageous for leadership roles Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts while maintaining high energy levels Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms spaces into clean, comfortable environments.
