Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine environment in residential or commercial spaces, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests alike. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us provide an outstanding experience every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and products. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained. Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with efficiency and care. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude. Handle light cooking duties as needed to support household or guest needs while adhering to safety standards. Assist with custodial responsibilities such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring overall cleanliness of the premises. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a strong focus on sanitation and customer service. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care (vacuuming, mopping), carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining fabric care standards. Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
