House Cleaner (On Call)

As an on-call House Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all designated areas of clients' homes. 2. Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and other living spaces, ensuring they are organized, presentable, and free from clutter. 3. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. 4. Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment, supplies, and techniques to achieve desired results efficiently. 5. Respond promptly and professionally to clients' specific cleaning requests and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided. 6. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special instructions. 7. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with clients, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience. 8. Adhere to company policies, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' privacy. 9. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and honesty when representing Spic N Spotless in clients' homes.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in professional cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory. 2. Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment. 3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to complete tasks within given deadlines. 5. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. 6. Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. 7. Flexibility to work on-call hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, based on clients' needs.
