Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a pristine, safe, and inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless environment Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' needs promptly and professionally Manage custodial tasks such as replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring equipment is well-maintained Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and floor care techniques Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience in hotel housekeeping management or similar roles is a plus Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks effectively Join us in creating clean, comfortable spaces where people feel valued and cared for!
