Cleaning:

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces in guest rooms and public areas.

Restocking:

Replenishing toiletries, linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms

Customer Service:

Addressing guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, and reporting any maintenance issues.

Maintenance:

Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate staff members.

Inventory:

Maintaining an inventory of necessary supplies.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other housekeeping staff to complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure a smooth operation.

Safety and Security:

Adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols and maintaining the hotel's confidentiality and security standards
