Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest comfort. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in accordance with hotel standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms. Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices. Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning supplies is a plus.
