Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to maintain a spotless and welcoming environment at our busy braiding salon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the salon remains clean, hygienic, and inviting for both clients and staff. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all salon areas, including floors, workstations, restrooms, and waiting areas Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and supplies used in the salon Sanitize surfaces regularly to uphold hygiene standards and ensure client safety Dispose of waste properly and ensure trash bins are emptied frequently Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed to keep the salon well-equipped Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality in all tasks Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Reliable with a positive attitude and good time management skills Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift moderate loads throughout the shift Willingness to follow health guidelines and adhere to salon policies for hygiene and safety Join us in creating a pristine environment where clients feel comfortable and valued!
