Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain floors through specialized care including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and appropriate sanitation procedures to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and replenished as needed. Follow established health and safety protocols to guarantee a clean environment that adheres to sanitation standards. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, and training new team members when required. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ability to perform floor care tasks including carpet cleaning and floor polishing with precision. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward residents or clients. Skilled in laundry operations with attention to detail for sorting, washing, folding, and organizing textiles. Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality settings is a plus. Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
