Duties Candidates must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license since this role requires traveling between client homes and supervising cleaning crews onsite. Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across residential and commercial properties, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity and service quality Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Address client concerns promptly, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction Implement best practices for janitorial services, laundry operations, custodial tasks, and hospitality standards within the team Experience Proven supervising or management experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or hospitality environments Strong background in cleaning techniques including residential, commercial, hotel housekeeping management or hospital-grade sanitation Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Knowledge of custodial operations such as laundry management and general maintenance procedures Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment handling, and workplace safety regulations Experience with managing schedules, inventories, and client relations in fast-paced settings Join us in creating clean, welcoming environments while leading a dedicated team!
