Job Description
Perform cleaning tasks in ordr to maintain a clean and sanitary facility. Must be trained or experience in the proper cleaning methods in accordance with health and sanitation code requirements. Duties and Repsonsibilities Keep all parts of the facility clean, neat and attractive. All walls, floors, ceilings, windows and fixtures shall be kept clean. Interior walls and floors shall be cleaned daily. Remove clutter in hallways, including boxes, trunks, suitcases, papers, furniture and other items. Clean assigned resident rooms daily as required. High and low dusting for all areas of the facility. Dry and wet mop all floors. Dusting all fixtures and furniture as needed. Mop hallways, including bed frames, wall trimming, mirrors and handrails. Clean bathrooms twice daily, inclusing commode, bathtub and shower. Clean dining areas and offices daily, including empty trash cans in all resident rooms and offices. Remain composed in stressful situations, maintain professional and respectful behavior to colleagues, visitors and residents. Ability to lift 30 pounds or more Ability to read and comprehend reading and writing of the English language
