Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms Execute detailed floor care routines such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with health guidelines Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the day Basic familiarity with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required Additional skills such as cooking or specialized cleaning certifications (e.g., carpet or upholstery cleaning) are beneficial but not mandatory Join us in creating clean, comfortable homes where clients feel valued and cared for!
