Responsibilities Assist in maintaining cleanliness across all areas, including guest rooms, common spaces, kitchens, and hallways, through thorough cleaning and sanitation practices Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and detailed surface cleaning to uphold hygiene standards Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing Support floor care activities like carpet cleaning and polishing to preserve the appearance and longevity of flooring surfaces Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff Provide excellent customer service by addressing housekeeping requests promptly and professionally Maintain janitorial supplies inventory and report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly desirable Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and products; experience with carpet cleaning preferred Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Embark on a career as we value your skills in creating clean, safe environments that enhance the comfort of our guests and residents alike.
