Job Description
Inca Shine is a fast growing residential cleaning company, and we're looking for dependable, experienced cleaning professionals to join our contractor team. As an independent contractor, you'll take on jobs that fit your schedule while delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients. Responsibilities Complete residential cleanings (standard, deep, move-in/move-out), including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and full kitchen/bathroom cleaning Bring and use your own cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain clear communication with clients and Inca Shine regarding arrival times, job updates, and completion photos Deliver consistent, professional-level results Requirements At least 3 years of residential cleaning experience Must provide your own supplies, equipment, and reliable transportation Valid driver's license Flexible availability (weekends a plus) Able to lift up to 50 lbs Authorized to work in the U.S. Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable What We Offer Competitive pay rates per job Flexible scheduling — accept the jobs you want Consistent work opportunities as we grow Support from the Inca Shine team A professional and positive working environment If you're a hardworking cleaner who takes pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.
