Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where your keen eye for detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. Your energetic approach and dedication will ensure every guest experiences a spotless and inviting stay, contributing to their overall satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities to ensure a fresh environment. Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by scrubbing sinks, tubs, toilets, and mirrors, ensuring they meet hygiene standards. Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, and polishing to uphold a spotless appearance throughout guest areas. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other essentials to provide guests with everything they need for a comfortable stay. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety. Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures diligently to maintain a secure and healthy environment for guests and staff alike. Skills Work experience as a Room Attendant a plus but not required Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products Good physical health and stamina Flexibility to work in shifts Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards Excellent organization skills Ability to follow instructions High school diploma is a plus
