Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents or guests. Your enthusiasm for cleanliness and customer service will ensure every space meets high standards of sanitation and aesthetic appeal. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing to ensure freshness and order Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep surfaces spotless and safe Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas regularly Manage kitchen duties including basic cooking tasks when needed to support residents or guests' needs Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring a welcoming environment Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in all designated areas Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is advantageous Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing is beneficial Knowledge of sanitation protocols and cleaning products ensures safety and effectiveness Proven ability to manage laundry operations efficiently Experience with housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude are essential for delivering outstanding guest or resident experiences Join us to make a tangible difference every day by creating clean, comfortable spaces that inspire happiness!
