House Cleaner

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring that each home is a welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Provide floor care services such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring. Ensure sanitation standards are met in all areas of the home, including kitchens and bathrooms. Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Assist with special projects such as deep cleaning or organization tasks as requested by clients. Skills Proficient in various cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Experience in residential cleaning is preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning is a plus. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients. Previous janitorial or custodial experience is beneficial; hotel experience can also be an asset. Ability to perform carpet cleaning and maintain floor care standards across different surfaces. Experience in housekeeping management is advantageous for those looking to advance within the role.
