Breakfast hours 6:00am to 10:15am Housekeeping hours 9:00am until finish Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-presented Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing friendly and efficient customer service throughout their breakfast experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and replenishing supplies as needed Assist in food preparation tasks, such as slicing fruit or assembling breakfast items, adhering to food safety standards Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices are followed at all times Requirements Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently during busy morning hours Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in the food industry Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your dedication transforms mornings into delightful moments!
