Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency Maintain floors through detailed carpet cleaning, floor polishing, buffing, and other floor care techniques to ensure a spotless appearance Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed rigorously to promote a safe and hygienic environment for residents or guests Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking as needed to support ongoing cleaning operations Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning activities for larger projects or teams Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with strong custodial skills Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques to ensure safety and hygiene compliance Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining fabric integrity Skilled in floor care methods such as carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients or guests Experience with hotel housekeeping operations or housekeeper management is a plus Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies management for smooth daily operations Join us in creating clean, welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable and cared for!
