Overview Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and guests alike. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across residential or commercial spaces, ensuring sanitation and safety are always prioritized. Your dedication will directly contribute to the comfort and satisfaction of those you serve, making every space sparkle with freshness and order. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living or working areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces Prepare and cook basic meals or snacks as needed to support residents' or guests' needs Manage sanitation tasks including waste disposal, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and maintenance issues for smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods including carpet cleaning Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry procedures and basic cooking skills are preferred but not required Previous janitorial or housekeeping management experience is a plus Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a high level of attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance comfort and cleanliness!
